Artlii projectors have a great design and are one of the best entry-level projectors in the current market. But like most devices, they have their flaws. In this article, we’ll take a look at the most common issues that affect artlii projectors and how to troubleshoot them.
Artlii projector not turning on
If your artlii projector is not turning on, the most likely cause is a loose connection to the power source. Check whether the power cord is plugged in securely to the power socket. You or your housemates may unknowingly have partially unplugged it as you were walking by.
The power cable may also be faulty or damaged and therefore not delivering power to the projector. Switch it for a new one and try to turn on your artlii projector.
Another reason your artlii projector isn’t turning on is overheating. If the internal temperature rises past a given limit, the projector will automatically turn off to keep its components in good condition. In this case, allow it to cool down before trying to turn it on again.

Artlii projector sound not working
During installation, it’s likely you pressed the mute button on the remote and therefore no sound is coming out of your artlii projector. Verify that the volume isn’t set on mute. If it is, unmute it using your remote.
The projector volume level could also be too low or zeroed making you think that there’s no sound being produced. Again, adjust it to your liking with your remote.
If you have connected external devices to boost the sound quality like speakers, soundbars or headphones, check whether the audio cable is securely plugged into the audio output of your artlii projector. If you’re not sure, disconnect and reconnect it for peace of mind.
Artlii projector keeps turning off
If you’ve installed your artlii projector in an area with no ventilation, overheating is the reason it keeps turning off. It’s built in a way that it shuts down when the temperature is high to prevent damage to its internal components.
Move it to a well-ventilated area and make sure the fan and filters are clear and working efficiently. If the filters are filled with dust or the fan, an air duster will come in handy.
Artlii projector HDMI no signal
Artlii projectors sometimes indicate ‘no signal’ when you hook up a video source through the HDMI ports. This is mainly due to a loose connection. Be sure to verify that the HDMI cable is hooked to the correct port securely.
Another reason you’re getting the ‘no signal’ message is you’ve selected the wrong input. Using your remote, navigate to ‘source’ and ensure the right HDMI port is selected.
The HDMI cable may also be faulty and therefore the projector is unable to access content from your video source. Replace it and that error should clear.
Artlii projector Bluetooth not working
If your artlii projector Bluetooth is not working, you have probably missed something when setting it up. Make sure the device you’re attempting to pair with the projector has its Bluetooth setting on.
Then using the remote, navigate to settings and select the Bluetooth tab. Confirm that the Bluetooth option is on and then select scan. Your Bluetooth device name should come up. Select it and you’re all set.
Artlii projector won’t connect to Wi-Fi
Putting in the wrong password is the most common reason why artlii projectors won’t connect to Wi-Fi. Try to be keen as you enter it and that should solve the problem.
If you’re not sure how to connect your artlii projector to Wi-Fi, go to settings, select the network tab, and click scan to find your network. Then select it when you see it.
